Manage and coordinate every aspect of the business including managing work, budget and cost timetables.Oversee the procurement of equipment.Manage resourcing requirements to meet a growing pipeline.Manage the relationships with the primary Lawn Bowls Clubs and ensure a quality and ensurance program is adhered to.Fulfil contractual conditions: ensuring the business is set up for success to meet the client's specifications and requirements they may have stipulated.Review the work progress: regularly with team members to evaluate their performance, get feedback and examine how to proceed to improve the businessPrepare and manage internal and external reports as required to monitor work in progress against time, cost and qualityPrevent and manage challenges that arise from time to time.Lead the division in strategic thinking and planning exercisesPlan, prioritise, allocate work to various teams, managers, and team members.
