Position: Managing Director Position Type : Full-Time Location: Yeppoon QLD 4703 Our client is seeking a dedicated Managing Director to join their team located in Yeppoon, Queensland.
Duties and Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations Program development - Facilitate engaging activities that support children's development Community engagement Focus on strategic growth and operational management Ensuring each location remains aligned with the organisation's core philosophy of "BEING" and its dedication to nature-based learning.
Commitment to holistic, outdoor-focused learning form the foundation of Nature Manage financials, budget and administrative tasks Leading and managing the team Recruit and train facilitators and home school teachers Manage and build strong relationships with children, employees, families and community.
Requirements: Formal qualification in relevant field At least two (2) years of experience in management of people and resources Proven experience in a supervisory role   Leadership skills Background in early childhood education and nature-based learning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with children and parents.
