Reporting to the Board you will guide the management team and wider business groups in achieving clearly set objectives and goals
Key overall position responsibilities will include
Together with the board you will develop and execute clearly defined business strategies and roadmapsThe incumbent will bring advanced communication skills and senior leadership knowledge and experience to facilitate increased networking opportunities to drive expansionWork closely with the Board and Heads of Finance and Operations in facilitating robust financial planning and revenue generationChampion the ongoing review and adoption of systems and processes to enable the business to deliver high-output results to their customersLead, mentor and inspire the management team and wider operational, sales and delivery teams to achieve the best possible results General experience:
You will bring 15+ years of corporate leadership experience having held impactful corporate and leadership roles Candidates will be able to demonstrate their specific impact within previous roles on increasing market share, productivity, driving efficiencies and profitabilityApplicants will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, MBA or advanced qualifications in change management or process improvement would be advantageousCandidates who are able to demonstrate specific sector experience from within Hospitality, Labour Hire/HR Consulting/Recruitment or FMCG are encouraged to applyCurtis Partnership specialises in Property, Executive, Sales, Marketing & Operations, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting recruitment.
