Despite being a small city, there are plenty of resources and activities available, such as a vibrant shopping district, medical providers, educational facilities, recreational sports, and community group opportunities.If you are ready for a rewarding career without sacrificing personal time, we can support your move to Horsham with $20K towards your relocation.Your new roleAs the Manager, Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing, you will provide strategic and people leadership for headspace Horsham in this newly created role.Managing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, you will deliver an end-to-end client experience, recognising key stakeholders, managing risk, and understanding what success looks like for the client and the team around you.Some of your key objectives include:Developing and implementing a vision and work plan for the team that aligns with the organisation's goals and meets program objectives.Ensuring our headspace model delivers an integrated service to young people, their family and friends.Engaging with relevant sectors and partners to deliver an integrated model of care, promoting multidisciplinary teamwork and participation in the headspace program at a local level.Providing leadership that builds on the participation of young people and their families in service development, delivery and evaluation.Promoting evidence-based clinical practice and leadership in the clinical decision-making processes regarding the care of young people attending the centre.It's a full-time role, but we can consider part-time, 0.8-0.9 FTE.
