With a pipeline of significant infrastructure projects, they are embarking on a transformative phase that promises an exciting future.About Your OpportunityThe role of Manager Workplace Relations and Business Partnering will lead a team of Employee Relations and HR Partners to develop and implement HR/IR strategies, programs and projects to drive improved business performance, workforce compliance and enhanced employee experience.There are two integrated streams to this role that will see you lead a multidisciplinary team of seven across the breadth of workplace relations activity, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance, good practice approaches and effective risk management for complex HR/IR matters. In addition, you will lead the P&C business partnering function to a new level of sophistication, driving improved business performance and success through effective partnering.Working with the Centres of Excellence, you will ensure the team delivers exceptional support across human capital management, performance management, leadership, culture and talent management, through fit for purpose programs and coaching approaches that are targeted to their client groups. You will lead the team to drive improved business and engagement results through evidence-based approaches and proactive partnering strategies.About youWe are looking for an experienced and engaging people leader, with a background in strategic business partnering (you will demonstrate this through your partnering with your own portfolio of leaders and the ability to roll up your sleeves!).
