The Department of Corporate and Digital Development (DCDD) provides essential corporate functions to the Northern Territory Government (NTG), efficiently and effectively enabling agencies to focus on their core business.
Within DCDD's Corporate Services, Workforce Development partners with client agencies to create and implement enterprise workforce development solutions and services, across the full range of workforce disciplines and strategic priorities.
As the Manager Workforce Planning , your primary objective is managing a range of activities relating to the design, development and implementation of enterprise workforce planning solutions aligned to NT Public Sector (NTPS) strategic workforce objectives.
In this role you will apply your project management and workforce planning knowledge to support a large and complex client base.
You will also apply your leadership and coaching skills to support a high performing and collaborative team who provide client service and support to senior and middle managers across the NTPS.
To meet the challenges of this role you require analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and business intelligence to evaluate and report on the achievement of workforce outcomes, high level communication skills including the ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders, and strong management skills with the ability to mentor and support team members to deliver outcomes.
