Help shape the future of children in our careAs the Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager, you will be integral to C&K's learning and development strategy.
Ensuring our programs support a capable and responsive workforce, you will have oversight of the policy and strategy that underpins the learning and development of our people.

As a driver of continuous improvement, you will lead the design, development and implementation of adult learning (andragogy) and organisational capability frameworks that are designed using data, insights and research to support C&K's people and strategic goals.

You'll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

Leadership:

Leading development of agreed positions and evidence-informed strategies that support professional development and excellence in inclusion and wellbeing.

Operational Management:

Managing and monitoring progress of initiatives and projects, in collaboration with C&K Managers and other partners.

Business Development:

Representing C&K at an organisational level, including communication and advocacy of C&K's inclusion and wellbeing program for children and educators.

Education and Practice:

Ensuring C&K's inclusion and wellbeing approach is embedded in the curriculum approach of all C&K services and programs.

Personal accountability:

Exemplifying personal drive and integrity – taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives, showing initiative and committing energy to see that goals are achieved.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

Hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor's in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field highly regarded.

Demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and improve quality of programs and services provided across a dispersed early childhood service network.

Evidence of sound professional experience that shows initiative and strong sense of personal responsibility for meeting objectives.
