As the Manager for Visual Arts Licensing, you'll drive strategy, optimise client relationships, and champion artists' rights. 
This role requires consultation with the wide variety of business who reproduce fine art images and with the copyright holder (generally the artist). You will provide licensing solutions for the clients, while ensuring the artists are recognised and remunerated. Key Responsibilities: Lead a talented team to achieve strategic, operational, and revenue goals.Manage key client relationships, develop new licensing strategies, and maximise revenues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract negotiations and compliance.Innovate in licensing products and adapt strategies for an evolving market.About You: You bring a passion for visual arts with a strong commercial acumen and sales skills. You have proven team leadership experience, a proactive and initiative driven approach and a knack for building key partnerships. Your skills in negotiation, business development, and customer relations set you apart, along with your eye for detail and an understanding of the arts community.
