Management (Hospitality & Tourism)Government - State (Government & Defence)Administrative Officer 6 - Remuneration Package $113,538 - $126,390Territory Wildlife ParkDarwinOngoing vacancy availableAn exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic team leader to head up the Visitor Services Team at the Territory Wildlife Park on the outskirts of Darwin.The position will support the Director of the TWP and be a key team player leading and coordinating the Visitor Services team function and service delivery which includes delivering a guide service, managing a café, souvenir shop and ticketing admissions hub.The role will require strong leadership skills and the ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies to grow the Visitor Services team capacity and develop the visitor experience at TWP.
The marketing and promotion of TWP as a "must do" Top End attraction through creative and cost-effective methods will be a key focus area.Applicants must provide a current CV with at least two recent referee contacts from previous employment.Applications should consist of a one page summary sheet, resume / CV and copies of relevant qualifications.
