The position will support the Director of the TWP and be a key team player leading and coordinating the Visitor Services team function and service delivery which includes delivering a guide service, managing a café, souvenir shop and ticketing admissions hub.The role will require strong leadership skills and the ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies to grow the Visitor Services team capacity and develop the visitor experience at TWP.
