We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our Vocational Education and Training (VET) Innovation initiatives.
As the Manager VET Innovation, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy by establishing strong relationships with business and industry partners.
You will lead responses to tender opportunities and collaborate with VET educators to develop innovative workforce solutions and training programs.
Your ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships, and think creatively from the clients' perspectives will be key to your success.
About You   To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Demonstrated understanding of the VET sector and the ability to recognise and capitalise on opportunities through solid understanding of corporate and government clients, and the policy environment A record of building strategic frameworks that align activity to business objectives Demonstrated ability to execute complex tasks to completion within tight timeframes with a high degree of autonomy Creative problem-solving abilities, simplifying the complex needs of clients / colleagues Experience in developing new products that have demonstrated marketplace success Qualifications Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards post graduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training About Swinburne University of Technology  Swinburne Horizon 2025 draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
