The Branch is responsible for workforce and talent strategies across the NSW health system, to improve health outcomes for the people of NSW. About the Role The Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the success of NSW Health's state-wide contingent labour / locum vendor management processes and platforms. This includes ensuring a smooth roll out of a state-wide vendor management system across all NSW agencies and supported initiatives to improve medical locum management and performance for NSW public health organisations. The role will report to the Associate Director, Vendor Management (Contingent Labour) and work closely with colleagues within the branch responsible for strategic talent acquisition initiatives. The Manager will also be responsible for effective change management within NSW Health agencies and ensuring continuous learning for agencies on system administration and managing agency performance. The role will also provide analytics and performance reporting related to locum recruitment performance, and offer guidance and advice on enterprise vendor management systems and agency performance for the NSW Ministry of Health and LHD/SNs.
