We are looking for a Manager to join our management consultancy team in Brisbane.
As a Manager in our Sector Operations team, your impact will be seen by: Client Engagement: Collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and opportunities, providing strategic insights and actionable solutions.
Problem Solving: Applying analytical skills to identify issues, develop hypotheses, and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
Innovation: Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide forward-thinking advice.
Project Management: Leading and managing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding teams of consultants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
You will have at least 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, or a strategic industry role, with experience in the energy, utilities or resources sector.
You will be skilled in problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and demonstrate a natural curiosity to explore and innovate.
You will be a quick learner with a strong academic track record.
You will be collaborative and able to adapt easily to different work environments, while maintaining high performance.
