About this role Our Transfer Pricing Tax Team delivers practical, commercial and tax-effective advice to a broad range of international clients. With our deep technical knowledge and practical experience, we understand the pitfalls and the safe pathways and guide our clients to make the best tax decisions for their organisation.
This opportunity will allow you to lead a well-established and supportive team of experts who are committed to the highest standards of technical expertise and will enable you to gain a wide range of specialist tax advisory work.
Key responsibilities Developing and implementing transfer pricing planning structuresPreparing transfer pricing advice including financial analysis, benchmarking and report writingPreparing transfer pricing documentation and assisting in the review of international dealings scheduleControversy/dispute resolution with tax authoritiesClient relationship management, liaising with multinational clients across a broad range of industries in Australia and globallySkills & experience We're looking for an experienced leader skilled in supporting and motivating their team through training and mentoring and fosters a culture of collaboration and inclusion. You'll enjoy thinking outside of the box to bring innovative solutions to clients. This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:
Previous accounting experience coupled with experience managing in a transfer pricing or related area within a professional services firm or large corporate environmentPreferably having comprehensive understanding of the Australian transfer pricing framework and recent BEPS developmentsDemonstrated ability to undertake research, functional and financial analysisAbility to develop and mentor staffExcellent client relationship, written and verbal skillsIf you're interested in this role but don't feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
