What role will you play?
Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility You will partner with range of stakeholders to advise on the accounting implications of transactions to their business, recognising and communicating potential opportunities for more efficient outcomes.
Utilising your technical accounting expertise, you will advise on the impacts of new products, M&As and other complex transactions, whilst shaping the impact of forthcoming accounting and regulatory updates by recommending changes accordingly.
What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility CA or CPA qualified Experience within a technical accounting role, advising on transactions, ideally with a focus on asset management, banking or financial services.
Strong communicator, with the ability to convey complex accounting issues to varying types of stakeholders.
Commercial mindset and strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate technical accounting knowledge into commercially viable transaction structuring options.
