What will your typical day look like?As a Technology Risk and Resilience Manager in our Risk and Regulatory team, you will:• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team: Coach and mentor team members, fostering their growth in Technology Resilience, Risk and Control• Be a trusted advisor: Guide clients on enhancing their frameworks, operating models and effectively using technology to manage risk and resilience• Lead from the front: Plan, manage and deliver diverse engagements, empowering organisations to elevate their management of Technology Resilience, Risk and Control environments• Influence decision-makers: Present impactful insights and recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders• Drive innovation: Identify and implement opportunities to optimise risk management through enhanced use of technology, automation, data and AI• Own your projects: Take charge of project management, ensuring quality, exceptional client service and financial success• Build your brand: Invest time in cultivating relationships and establishing your profile in the market and within the firm• Contribute to our growth: Actively participate in business development efforts, supporting the pursuit of new opportunities and expanding our client base About the teamOur purpose is to make an impact that matters to our clients, our people and the community.

As part of Deloitte's Risk and Regulatory team, you will have the opportunity to advise and consult on some of Australia's largest and most influential organisations, helping them enhance their Technology Risk and Resilience environments, and the technology that supports these.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:• Proven leadership: Experience in a Technology Risk advisory or consulting role, with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects• Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills: A passion for developing others and building strong internal relationships• Excellent communication skills: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing• Technical expertise: Experience in designing and implementing Technology Risk, Resilience and Control frameworks and/or enhancing technology to more effectively or efficiently manage risk and resilience• Client-facing experience: Proven ability to deliver high-quality reports, proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders• Business acumen: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the sales process• Strong educational background: Tertiary-level qualification in a relevant discipline with professional accreditation Candidates from professional services with experience designing and implementing solutions to enhance Technology Risk, Resilience and Control will be highly regarded.
Candidates with relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar industry certifications, will also be highly regarded.
Having knowledge of APRA prudential regulatory requirements for operational resilience (CPS 230), technology security (CPS 234) and data (CPG 235) is an added bonus.
