ART has adopted the industry standard three lines model.
This newly created permanent position plays a pivotal role in leading the Line 2 management of Technology Risk.
As the Manager, Technology Risk line 2, you will report into the General Manager - Risk and support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in delivering against all requirements of the ART Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Specifically, you will be responsible for building and leading the line 2 Technology Risk function.
We are looking for someone with a strong Technology Risk background, and a demonstrated track record in senior leadership, team building and experience working with APRA regulations.
Day to day, you'll: Develop and drive the implementation of the second line Technology Risk strategy.Lead the challenge, influence and oversight of technology risks and controls.Lead and deliver independent monitoring and reporting over the technology risk profile of ART to the Board, Board sub-committees, Executive and management governance committees.Communicate effectively to build and sustain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, whilst maintaining clear independence as a leader in the second line.This role is available as a permanent full-time opportunity. About you It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.

Extensive knowledge of risk management and compliance objectives and approaches.Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation within the Financial Services industry and proven ability to integrate into existing risk frameworks.Strong and practical understanding of technology, trends and threats related to technology risk management.Ability to work under broad direction, deal with competing demands, manage multiple initiatives and effectively manage expectations of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.Highly developed verbal communication and writing skills, particularly for a senior audience.Strong leadership, people development and management abilities.About us Our 2.3 million members trust us to take care of almost $300 billion in retirement savings.
