The culture, relationships, flexibility, trust, and recognition for contributions are key reasons people work there.THE OPPORTUNITYYour main duties and responsibilities will include: Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.Prepare, oversee, and advise on BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, and statutory reporting requirements.Assisting with tax planning and entity setups.Assist in managing client relationships.Liaise effectively with external and internal stakeholders.Mentor and review work for junior members of staff.Ensure workflow efficiency, accuracy, and deadlines are met.THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:A minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a similar management role.CA or CPA qualified.8+ years' experience in tax and business advisory.Excellent communication skills in dealing with clients and other staff members.High level of organisation and prioritisation.High level of time management and the ability to meet deadlines/follow through on tasks.A can-do and proactive nature and work style.Ability to work effectively to deadlines and under time pressures.BENEFITSA generous remuneration package ($130k - $150k + super).Work in a very inclusive and supportive environment.Regular Friday drinks.Work in stunning modern offices in the heart of Leederville.Fantastic training and development opportunities with plenty of scope for career progression.HOW TO APPLYIf you have the relevant skills and qualifications and would like to apply, please click 'Apply' to submit your application (our preferred resume format is MS Word). #J-18808-Ljbffr
