About the role
The Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation and evaluation of critical talent acquisition programs, projects and services that deliver highly responsive and positive experiences for candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders.
The role leads and directs the development, delivery and review of strategies, plans and policies that attract, engage, and retain top talent across the organisation and provides expert advice to Executive, senior management and hiring managers across TAFE SA to understand complex workforce requirements and develop talent acquisition solutions in alignment with TAFE SA's strategic objectives.
The role leads and manages a high performing team, and significant resources in the delivery of proactive and responsive services across the recruitment lifecycle, cultivates a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, and ensures recruitment services align with TAFE SA's growth and business strategies.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at the Department of Human Services (DHS).
• Out of hours work will be required.
• Some intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
• Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate and relevant Employment Screening Assessment(s) required for this role in line with the TAFE SA Preemployment Checks. This role requires:
