Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time About Greater Western Water GWW is a Victorian government-owned water corporation that provides an essential service to some of the fastest-growing communities in Australia, stretching from Melbourne's CBD to Lancefield in the north and Bacchus Marsh in the west.
The opportunity As Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) at Greater Western Water (GWW), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future workforce through the sourcing of talent across the business. You will oversee all talent acquisition activities, lead a small team of three TA consultants, manage a portfolio of vacancies, and act as the key liaison for GWW in the management of external vendor relationships.
Responsibilities Develop, design, and implement GWW's Talent Sourcing Strategy to deliver best practice talent solutions.Own the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.Lead, coach, and mentor the Talent Acquisition Team.Identify efficiency opportunities and improve recruitment processes.Manage State Purchasing Contract panel agency arrangements.Oversee Contingent Workforce governance processes.Collaborate with the Procurement team on sourcing panel alignment.Skills & Experience Proven ability to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in a talent acquisition leadership role.Extensive experience in managing contingent workforce costs.Ability to build and cultivate an innovative culture.Experience in delivering continuous improvements in an operational function.Effective leadership and coaching experience.Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.See yourself thrive!
