(plus 17% superannuation) Any Charles Sturt campus location  As the Manager, Talent Acquisition you are responsible for managing a consistent approach to talent attraction, acquisition and recruitment strategies and processes; and talent management and succession planning at Charles Sturt. As part of the Leadership, Culture and Capability directorate the Manager, Talent Acquisition will work as a trusted business advisor across all areas of people and culture and portfolios to build a talent and capability framework that contributes to the enhancement of organisational culture and performance across the University.
