Leadership role in high volume environment  Great supportive team  Hybrid / Work from home options  The role Full Time, Continuing Level 9 - $124,878 to $131,951 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation) As the Manager, Talent Acquisition you are responsible for managing a consistent approach to talent attraction, acquisition and recruitment strategies and processes; and talent management and succession planning at Charles Sturt. As part of the Leadership, Culture and Capability directorate the Manager, Talent Acquisition will work as a trusted business advisor across all areas of people and culture and portfolios to build a talent and capability framework that contributes to the enhancement of organisational culture and performance across the University.
About you Tertiary qualification and relevant recruitment, management and leadership experience Experience implementing systems, services or programs related to sourcing, talent attraction and acquisition activities both from a hands-on and strategic advisory perspective Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing and communication skills  The Division of People and Culture plays a key strategic role in building a collaborative environment where staff can excel, with a respectful and inclusive culture that values everyone. We are focussed on building leadership capability, staff engagement, professional development opportunities, and addressing our future needs through workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
