About the role Join the IMPACT Community Services team in January 2025, as a full-time Manager Support Services. In this influential and critical role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality support services to the local community. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving the organisation's objectives and ensuring the efficient delivery of essential programs and initiatives.
What you'll be doing: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the support services team, including staff management and performance monitoringDevelop and implement strategies to enhance the delivery of support service models, ensuring they align with the organisation's goals and community needsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and identify opportunities for collaborationManage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the effective utilisation of resourcesDrive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions to improve service quality and client outcomesEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and proceduresProvide expert advice and guidance to the leadership team on community support mattersWhat we're looking for: Extensive experience in a management role within the community services or not-for-profit sectorDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organisational objectivesStrong understanding of the social and community issues facing the local regionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven track record in budget management and financial reportingTertiary Qualification in a relevant field (Early Childhood, Mental Health, or leadership) and/or experience in community services or allied areasOur benefits include: A fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO)Salary packaging up to $18,500 per yearBirthday bonus day offPaid 2 hours per month to donate to a worthy cause of your choiceOpportunities for advancement with our 'grow your own' approachLeadership programs with the Institute of Managers and LeadersLeaders Lab, development support for employees aspiring to leadership rolesWorkplace Chaplaincy for face to face, confidential supportWestpac Corporate Partner program with discounted bank products and financial educationCorporate Gym Membership offerReimbursement for Working with Children and NDIS Worker screening clearancesTo find out more, view our Position Description and full list of benefits at Get Involved - Careers With Us at www.impact.org.au
