We have a great opportunity for someone to join the team on a 12-month parental leave contract with a view to permanent!

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Subscription Growth, this role plays a pivotal role in the success of our core consumer subscription business across all our brands, with a focus on improving commercial and customer metrics.

The Manager Subscriber Servicing is responsible for delivering and optimising the subscriber value management (book management) program across the portfolio, as well as customer communication relating to service issues.

The role is responsible for ensuring plans for the portfolio are built out to achieve business targets, measuring the performance of these brands and keeping key stakeholders informed.

This diverse role requires an outcome-focused critical thinker who is comfortable in spreadsheets with high-level formulas, with both strong analytical and written skills, and who is capable of building excellent relationships across a number of key business units and stakeholders.
