In this pivotal role, you will apply high-level analytical skills to uncover insights into the student academic journey, develop innovative solutions, and promote continuous improvement in academic support and teaching practices.As the Manager, Student Success, you will oversee a diverse team of Learning Skills Advisors, ensuring they deliver high-quality academic support services aligned with the College's student success objectives. You will also collaborate extensively with a range of stakeholders—students, educators, academic leaders, and support services—to optimise student outcomes and provide a seamless academic journey.Your success in this role will depend on your ability to:Lead and manage the implementation of student success and retention strategies aligned with College goals.Use data-driven insights to identify and address factors impacting retention and student transitions.Collaborate across departments to map the student journey and implement targeted academic support solutions.Mentor and guide the Learning Skills Advisors team to ensure innovative, institution-wide learning approaches.Build strong relationships with Monash University and external stakeholders to meet evolving educational needs.Coordinate and deliver professional development programs for teaching staff to enhance student success and ensure alignment of student success initiatives with teacher training and regulatory requirements.About YouYou are an experienced educational leader with a passion for driving student success.
