$135,408 to $144,527 per annum + 11.5% Super
The Manager - Strategy, Planning and Performance will provide leadership, authoritative advice and direction for the development and implementation of integrated asset management strategies to meet the evolving health-related needs of the Tasmanian community.
Duties: Manage and support the team responsible for asset management strategic planning and performance activities, including consultation and negotiation with key stakeholders.Develop strategies to support a financially sustainable lifecycle approach to management of health service assets including monitoring performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators.Manage the development and implementation of the Agency's long-term infrastructure investment strategy to guide future infrastructure investment in Tasmania.Develop and lead the evaluation of investment proposals and business cases using formal methodologies for economic and systems analysis, risk and value management.Provide high-level advice and support to the Deputy Secretary, Director - Asset Management Services and senior management on a range of subjects related to asset planning and performance, including trends and innovations in other jurisdictions and relevance to the Agency.Represent the Agency on inter and intra-governmental working groups.Details of Appointment: Permanent full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.
*Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $135,408 - $144,527 per annum.
Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
