These strategies are designed to address critical skill shortages and support SALHN's strategic priorities.
To achieve key outcomes, the manager is responsible for providing expert guidance, offering strategic advice, and contributing to the development and collaborative execution of workforce policies, strategies, plans, systems, and processes.
These efforts ensure that SALHN staff receive high-quality, responsive workforce services.
The ultimate goal is to guide and support SALHN's Executive and Managers in making informed decisions and implementing best practices across Workforce Planning, Recruitment, and HR Business Support Services.
About you: Proven experience in leading HR teams across a spectrum of HR functions.Highly developed interpersonal skills together with proven abilities in liaising, consulting, and negotiating complex and sensitive issues.Ability to work independently under broad direction only and to manage projects, including identifying performance outcomes, planning activities, and setting priorities to achieve objectives and meet deadlines, often in a context of competing priorities and expectations.High level interpersonal skills which result in effective collaboration with and development of productive working relationships with peers, staff, and stakeholders and the ability to interact confidently and employ astute perception and strong listening skills.High-level conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to research and undertake sensitive and/or complex investigations and projects (including risk management), critically examining, analyzing, and summarizing information, and to develop and report on appropriate policies, strategies, and solutions.Want To Know More?
