Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Input and Analysis:
Provide strategic input, analysis and advice on complex policy, program and community matters relevant to the key priority of positive migration settlement, including strengthened workforce engagement across a range of groups including skilled migrants, international students, spousal visa holders or humanitarian entrants.
2. Team Management:
Manage and foster a high performing team to deliver a program of work within timeframes, budget and quality standards.
3. Governance Management:
Lead the management of formal internal and external governance processes to meet reporting requirements, including identification and management of key risks.
