Salary: Level 8, $151,827 - $164,428 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA 2024)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP The Infrastructure Strategy and Planning Directorate is responsible for long term planning land, development of strategic asset plans, policies and processes within an asset planning framework and the management of the Department's land estate.
The Directorate also provides services to schools on security and emergency management, environmental services, statistical and demographic planning services, and property management.

The Role As the Manager of Strategic Infrastructure Planning and Policy, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver professional and responsive infrastructure planning services that align with the Department's strategic priorities.
You will also oversee the development and implementation of policies, frameworks, and systems that ensure the effective allocation of resources, achievement of key objectives, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
By fostering a collaborative, equitable, and positive work environment, you will enable your team to thrive while meeting organisational and government priorities.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, senior executives, and external organisations, to drive innovative infrastructure management solutions.
Your expertise will underpin the development of the Department's infrastructure sustainability strategies, infrastructure business cases and funding submissions and the development of infrastructure related strategies.
Representing the Department in key forums, you will provide expert advice and champion initiatives that deliver impactful and sustainable infrastructure outcomes.
