Job ExpectationsA fantastic opportunity at nbn, as a Manager Strategic Enablement, reporting to the Executive Manager Strategic Enablement within the Chief Data Office (CDO) business unit.
A bit about your role As the Manager of Strategic Enablement, you will drive data initiatives and problem solving across a range of topics (e.g. priority investments, delivery options, resourcing). You will facilitate the data enablement operating cadence, including sprint planning, to ensure the delivery of use cases, data products, and other data capability uplifts. You will also drive process improvement initiatives and support CDO executive governance by creating and delivering content to key forums such as the Board and ExCo.
This role further supports CDO execution, planning and business management by helping create the integrated operating plan, developing investment cases, leading business evaluation templates, driving data initiatives, and promoting data-driven decision-making.
A bit about you The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in management consulting. An understanding of data governance or data management will be highly valuable.
You are proficient in utilising problem-solving toolkits (e.g. hypothesis trees and complex conceptual frameworks) enabling you to drive effective decision making.
Your strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders will ensure your success in this role. Moreover, you are competent in managing cross-functional agile work streams.
