Regular interaction with equipment representatives will be necessary to stay abreast of technological advancements and ensure optimal functioning of equipment. Reporting directly to the Operational Nurse Manager – Perioperative Services, the successful candidate will benefit from regular accountability meetings and catchups. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, ensuring weekends and on-call duties are not required. About you: You possess a Certificate in Sterilising Technology with extensive knowledge of current procedures for disinfection, inspection, packaging, and sterilisation of surgical equipment. You have acquired the skills necessary to effectively oversee and manage your team, demonstrating a keen understanding of when it is appropriate to escalate issues to ensure smooth operations and resolution of challenges.
