- Ability to manage budgets, wages, and GP margins effectively.
- Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and retail operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Prior experience in a high-volume retail environment preferred.
- Willingness to obtain or possess a current police check.
