Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to be responsible for supporting the Nursing Director, CSDS, in meeting the strategic objectives of the Service by leading and managing the learning and development activities of the CSDS, ensuring learning products and solutions are planned, developed and delivered to a high standard and within defined timeframes.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Identify opportunities for co-design of learning solutions with subject matter experts across various disciplines by maintaining effective and proactive relationships in the simulation and educational sectors.Initiate, influence, and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders, including Course Directors and faculty, to proactively manage their needs, expectations, mitigate risks and complex issues within the area of simulation support, simulation resources, learning and development.In conjunction with other CSDS Managers, contribute to the identification and achievement of the CSDS key performance indicators.Manage and lead the design, development and delivery of flagship and bespoke educational packages and programs with a strong focus on ease-of-access to support the identified target audience and quality learning outcomes for the clinical workforce.Health Equity It is expected that all Metro North Health staff, including the incumbent of this role as a valuable member of the Metro North workforce, contribute to the health equity agenda and meet the intent of supporting the defined six actions that specifically meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people within the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS).
