The role requires adherence to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe services. You will act as the primary point of contact for HHSs, managing performance against KPIs, and addressing any disputes or issues that arise regarding service agreements. The role also requires a solid understanding of state and national health funding models, including activity-based funding.In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior executives and system managers, establishing strong professional relationships to address critical issues within the HHSs and facilitating appropriate responses. Additionally, you will contribute to the design of service agreements that clearly define the services, quality, and value expected from the Department of Health, while engaging with the State-wide service planning branch to align service agreements with future infrastructure expansion and health needs assessments.The successful personTo excel in this role, you will bring significant management and organizational expertise, with a track record of success at a senior level within a large, decentralized, and complex service delivery environment.
