Job Title: Manager/Senior ManagerA challenging role has become available for an ambitious Manager/Senior Manager within External Audit, looking for their next challenge in a relaxed environment at Clear Company.
Your Key Responsibilities:Lead audit engagements with not-for-profit and trade unions.Assist with planning, execution and scheduling staff.Address technical issues and assist in preparing position papers.Prepare financial statements in accordance with AASB and IFRS standards.Manage and mentor 4 on-site staff and 4 offshore team members.Liaise with clients and manage client relationships.Requirements:A motivated and proactive auditor is required with proven Australian audit experience.Ideal candidate will also have:At least 2+ years working at Manager level within a public practice firm.Experience in a team-focused environment.Enthusiasm, drive and high attention to detail.Experience dealing with sizeable and complex clients.Strong people and communication skills.Compensation:The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience).
