This is a relaxed environment with an open door policy, giving you direct access to the two audit partners.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing audit engagements with not-for-profit and trade unionsAssisting with planning, execution and scheduling staffAddressing technical issues and assisting in preparing position papersPreparing financial statements in accordance with AASB and IFRSManaging and mentoring 4 staff on-site and 4 offshore team membersLiaising with clients and managing these relationshipsClear career development opportunities and processes for advancementCompetitive salary package and incentive programsA close-knit team developed through social club activities, monthly drinks and team building eventsRequirements:We are looking for a motivated and proactive auditor with proven Australian audit experience. You will ideally also have:2+ years of experience working at Manager level within a public practice firmA team-focused approachEnthusiasm, drive and attention to detailExperience dealing with sizeable and complex clientsStrong people and communication skillsCompensation:The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
