About the role As a Manager/Senior Manager in our Audit practice you will haveopportunity to partner with a diverse range of public and privatesector organisations across multiple industries. This is anopportunity where you will be able to pair your knowledge and auditexperience with providing leadership and continuous development ofa team.
What you will need to succeed Relevant tertiary qualificationDemonstrated external audit experience within aprofessional services firm;Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, andmultitasking skillPrevious experience in supporting and managing a teamSome of your key responsibilities include: Manage, leads and develops the Audit team to ensuresuccessful completion and execution assigned engagementService line management, including contribution to overallservice line strategy.Identify audit and engagement risks and assist to determinethe appropriate audit for each assignment and communicate tothe Audit DirectorsReview working papers, audit queries, correspondence andreports prepared by the team to ensure compliance with auditplan, procedures and appropriate quality of workLead and participate in technical consultationsWhat we will offer you BDO offers professional development, collaborative culture,workplace flexibility, global career growth opportunities and anindustry-competitive salary package.
