We are looking for a driven individual to add to our team to be the Manager/Senior broker of our Asset Finance department. Qualifications & experience Previous finance/broking experience would be advantageous however not crucial for the right applicant Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to build and foster strong relationships with clients History in sales would be viewed favorably Current network for potential lead generation or the passion to build Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn Tasks & responsibilities Manage day to day operations of the business Grow company network of referral partners through business development Cultivate and manage relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals Structure and negotiate finance deals that meet the unique requirements of our clients. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire finance process, from application to settlement. Collaborate with our team to continuously improve processes and exceed performance targets.
