Manager - Risk Reporting , you will lead the development and embedding of all facets of risk-related reporting across Group Risk. This includes the oversight of the Group Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and the collation and preparation of risk reports for various risk committees. You'll work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to provide insights that enable risk-informed decision-making and support overall governance.Position Accountabilities:Oversee the reporting, monitoring, and consolidation of the Group Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) Dashboard and KRIs, delivering reports to the Executive Risk Committee.Manage second-line monitoring and deep-dive reviews to ensure accurate risk data collection.Lead the preparation of GRC, RAS, and KRI reports on a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis.Provide support for mandatory regulatory reporting and responses to regulator information requests.Engage with stakeholders to develop and maintain risk reporting frameworks and ensure insights are aligned with organizational risk strategies.Drive high performance with integrity, demonstrating leadership that models A&G's values and ways of working.Qualifications & Experience:At least 7 years of risk reporting experience, ideally within financial services.Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards applicable to financial services.Proven experience in the general insurance industry is highly regarded.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinking, with advanced experience in policy and framework development.Leadership experience in managing subject matter experts, with the ability to drive performance and engagement.Location:
