What will your day look like?This role is accountable for:
Support the management of the Group Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), including:Helping to co-ordinate annual reviews across all Risk types, partnering with Material Risk Owner teams to review and update Risk Appetite qualitative statements and Risk Appetite metrics as requiredHelping to co-ordinate, monitor and oversight the reporting of the Group RAS dashboardSupport the management of the Group Risk Management Strategy (RMS), including:Helping to co-ordinate annual reviews across all Risk types, partnering with Material Risk Owner teams to review and update as required, considering emerging issues arising from Risk Committees (including CMRC, OREC and BRC)Support the facilitation of effective, consistent, and regular reporting to Risk Committees (including CMRC, OREC and BRC) for RAS and RMSAssisting the Manager Risk Frameworks to ensure Group standards and procedure documents are kept up to date and current for ANZ's Risk Management FrameworkWhat will you bring?Experience/knowledge of risk managementAbility to establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and influence/negotiate change with senior stakeholders to achieve desired outcomesAbility to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional/risk-based mannerExcellent Communication skills (written and verbal) to engage and influenceRisk Management experience in/from the Financial Services industry or from other large/international organisationsExcellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skillsResilience and a fast-paced approach with a strong growth mindsetYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
