About your roleThe Manager, Risk Culture and Conduct plays a pivotal role in embedding a strong risk culture, championing integrity, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. You'll work closely with senior leaders and teams to develop meaningful programs, establish practical policies, and cultivate a workplace where accountability and ethical behaviour are integral to how we operate.
You'll take the lead in designing and delivering initiatives that build risk awareness and capability across the organisation - including creating a risk culture dashboard and monitoring the businesses improvement in risk culture; your insights will guide improvements and shape a positive risk culture. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll ensure conduct policies are part of everyday business, tackle risks, and address incidents with clarity and transparency. Your work will focus on fostering integrity and ethical decision-making, and leading the whistleblower training and investigations processes.
As a leader, you'll inspire and support a team of dedicated professionals, driving collaboration, innovation, and high performance in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
About youYou're a seasoned professional with more than 8 years of experience in enterprise risk and compliance management, ideally within an APRA-regulated environment. You have a deep understanding of risk culture, conduct and whistleblower obligations, complemented by outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to build trust at all levels of an organisation. You are analytical and solutions-focused, and you excel at turning data into actionable plans, and your collaborative approach ensures successful outcomes across teams. As a leader, you inspire high-performing teams, champion continuous improvement, and bring a genuine passion for fostering ethical and accountable practices. Experience in the superannuation or financial services industry is highly regarded.
