The Line 1 Risk Chapter sits within the CommSec Chief Operating Office (COO) and is accountable for providing end to end risk support for the Product and Digital Domains, the central design and manufacturing teams for CommSec, responsible for:
Providing value to our customers; through ensuring our products and services are suitable, fair and transparent;
Ensuring consistency, security and reliability of service;
Making our processes easy for Customers to invest with us;
Providing proactive and relevant support for customers with their investment needs;
Ensuring sustainable compliance, regulatory obligations are met and that we have an enhanced control environment to ensure we operate within CommSec and BB's Risk appetite.
On any given day you will
The Manager role reports directly to the Chapter Lead - Product and Digital Line 1 Risk.
Your role will be focused on effective management of risks within CommSec's Product and Digital Domains, including ensuring product design and distribution compliance, control design and testing, customer remediation, regulatory and policy change implementation, incident and issue management and root cause analysis.
You will also support key projects and other day to day tasks as part of the Chapter or a particular aligned Pace squad to deliver the overall business objectives.
