Manager, Reform Implementation, Justice and Attorney-GeneralDepartment of Justice & Attorney General QLD – Brisbane QLDFull time, Contract, Part time, Casual/TemporaryAs the Manager, Reform Implementation, you are responsible for leading a team of policy professionals to coordinate and operationalise legislative and public policy reforms within CSQ. As part of this work, you will oversee the development of best-practice operational policies and procedures to guide registry and court staff.Your key responsibilities:Manage the Reform Implementation team, including driving performance and adjusting priorities as required.Oversee analysis and implementation of legislative and public policy reforms within CSQ through planning and coordination of implementation activities including system changes, communications, training, and support.Oversee the development of best-practice policies and procedures to support implementation of legislative and public policy reforms in court registries.Develop strategic partnerships within courts, and with other government and non-government stakeholders to identify, influence, and resolve implementation issues.Participate in interdepartmental and interagency meetings as required.Contribute to business planning and lead the delivery of actions that support the CSQ strategic direction.Undertake other duties as required.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Job Ad Reference: QLD/603046/24Closing Date: Thursday, 21 November 2024
