Your new role In your role as Manager, you will directly influence the success of the Moonee Ponds office, driving performance, activity and culture and ensuring a cohesive and success-focused team delivering great results for their customers old and new. You'll manage your own Office Support desk as well as work strategically with the technical leads across the state / country to maximise the growth opportunities in the overall Northern & Western suburban market. You'll be responsible for a small team of (3-6) team, with a mix of experience, whilst having the active and expert support of a Business Director who is well networked in the suburban and regional markets; and you'll also work closely with the senior leadership team across the state. What you'll need to succeed You'll be an experienced Manager from a 360 agency background, ideally recruiting in office support or similar market. You'll definitely be passionate about developing your people and leading from the front. Motivated and ambitious senior recruiters who demonstrate the right attitude, capabilities and drive to lead and manage a small team will be considered. Whatever your current role, you will have a proven personal billing history and the skills to drive team revenue through market mapping, networking, skills development and culture management.
