We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager, Records Governance Services to lead the development and implementation of high-quality, efficient, and compliant records management processes across our University.
Be challenged and imagine with us As the Manager, Records Governance Services, you will work under broad direction to shape the University's strategic approach to records management.
You will lead the development of integrated solutions that enhance our information governance framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including the NSW State Records Act 1998.
In this role, you will:
Lead the strategic direction and development of an integrated, university-wide records management program.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative frameworks and identify risks associated with records governance.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to manage records in line with regulatory obligations.Drive the continual improvement of the University's recordkeeping maturity.Foster a culture of excellence in records management, ensuring all business areas understand the critical benefits of compliance and effective governance.Collaborate with key university stakeholders to implement innovative, secure, and efficient records management solutions.This continuing position is full time at a HEW9 Higher Education Level located at Callaghan Campus.

The remuneration for this position is pro-rated from $130,798 - $140,139 p.a.
