The Manager, Quality Uplift Program leads a team of professionals responsible for providing tailored professional learning and support to South Australian education and care services.This role is full time and fixed term (until September 2026) at ACECQA Band 6 ($118,578- $136,209).About YouTo be successful in this role you will need:Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities and experience in leading and developing teams to achieve optimal performance and deliver high quality outcomes.Demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience in the management of children's education and care services, the NQF and the Early Years Learning Framework, including the embedding of regulatory compliance and quality improvement.Demonstrated knowledge and experience, in leading professional learning programs and events that utilise evidence informed learning approaches that support change in practices and quality improvement.Demonstrated experience in independently scoping, developing and managing large scale projects including all design and planning, oversight of project budgets and ensuring high quality delivery of outcomes.Demonstrated knowledge of cultural responsiveness and in creating culturally safe and inclusive environment.Highly developed analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to research, analyse and interpret information and communicate with influence across a diverse range of audiences and genres (including presentations, articles, reports, and resources).Proven ability to lead, develop and nurture positive and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate with confidence to support organisational goals and outcomes.Demonstrated ability to use a range of technology and learn new systems quickly and efficiently.While not essential, the following attributes will greatly assist you in the role:Experience working with metro, regional and remote services and with multiple service types in the South Australian context including, early childhood, preschools, kindergartens, family day care, outside school hours care and services out of scope of the NQF.Qualifications, training and/or experience in mentoring/coaching practices/or leadership and management/ or implementing regulatory standards or processes.ACECQA is committed to removing barriers and opening up opportunities.
