We invite qualified health professionals or qualified compliance professionals in the health and wellbeing industry to apply for this pivotal role, which is essential in enhancing our commitment to compliance and quality in Rehabilitation Consulting nationwide.As the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving compliance with relevant laws and regulations while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism.
Your expertise will significantly impact our clients and their families, as you manage large-scale projects, coach team members, and tackle complex quality and compliance challenges.We will count on you to:Oversee the quality team, facilitating regular quality meetings and communication strategies nationallyCompliance framework management, maintain and monitor the compliance framework to meet legislation, codes and internal standardsMonitor accreditation and compliance with regulatory expectations across all sites, ensuring actions are taken if requirements are not metManage the Recovre Quality Management System and ensure compliance during ISO9001 auditsProvide coaching to State Managers regarding the implementation of quality models and processesOversee client complaints and compliments, ensuring they are documented and managed within agreed timelinesWhat you need to have:Qualifications as an appropriate health professional and registration with AHPRA; or qualified as an auditor/compliance professional with experience in consulting in RTW rehabilitation, health and wellbeing environmentStrong knowledge of regulatory risk principles, including ISO31000:2018 and experience implementing risk frameworksStrong analytical skills with a deep understanding of industry regulationsProven ability to develop, lead, and implement national projects and initiativesExceptional organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, problem solve and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholdersWhat makes you stand out:Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team within a matrix modelExperience in coaching and providing guidance against set targetsPassion for fostering a culture of compliance and risk managementA proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvementExcellent decision-making abilities with a proven track record in managing complex issues and negotiationsMarsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world's top insurance broker and risk advisor.
