Role Details The Department for Child Protection is seeking aManager, Quality and Safeguarding on a full-timeongoing basis.
As the Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading the strategic direction of the DCP's qualityagenda and providing accountability for excellence in clinicalgovernance systems.Coordinating processes to achieve and maintain qualityoutcomes against required child protection standards.Planning and implementing activities aimed at promoting aculture of continuous quality improvement across DCP.Advising on operational, quality and risk implications inestablishing new clinical programs and developingimplementation plans where required.About You We are looking for a strategic thinker with experience inleadership of complex change in partnership with clinical andcorporate staff.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience inmanaging quality programs and policy development, and in directingcontemporary strategy to ensure effective safety and qualitygovernance.
Within this role, you will also be expected to have demonstratedknowledge of business improvement, performance management andinformation governance processes.
You will have exceptional interpersonal, verbal and writtencommunication skills and an ability to negotiate successfuloutcomes in a resourceful manner.
