What we are looking for:
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to lead our Property team, ensuring the provision of quality and high standards of Property management services to Council. Buildings include community halls, community facilities, administration buildings and depots.
Responsibilities include effectively leading the team in the development and implementation of assets and facilities management protocols and functions, delivery of capital and maintenance projects and the management of service contracts across Council's substantial property portfolio.
Relocation assistance up to $6,000 is offered; and five days recreation leave per year in addition to four weeks annual leave in accordance with individual flexibility agreement.
