Manager Property Projects and Delivery Executive Level 1The Manager Property Projects and Delivery will be responsible for managing complex property-related projects, with an emphasis on construction, refurbishment, and fit-out within time, budget, and quality standards, both overseas and within Australia.
The position will formulate project plans, provide oversight and direction throughout the project from concept design to completion, and have the ability to foster and maintain close working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will have strong representation, engagement, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain a network of internal and external partners and resources across the AIC, Government, and industry, coupled with effective written communication skills.
Strong, respectful, and productive relationship attributes are essential for success in this role.
This role requires a demonstrated willingness to adapt and lead staff through change, learn new technologies, and remain abreast of industry developments, be self-motivated, work effectively and responsively within a multi-disciplinary environment, and demonstrate effective, empathetic, outcomes-focused leadership.
